ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE:
In 1987 the collective was just an I - member team. By now, GC has experienced a decade of its involvement in rural lives with a 45 members team (both full and part time) and stands as one of the regional committed action groups in the district. With this recognition and capacity, it involves itself in development cooperation with the NGO’s of Dhenkanal – Angul (the District Action Group) and with NGO’s of Orissa (the “Sanhati”) and transforms its knowledge and concepts into contraction. This net working has made GC accessible to all kinds of people, it works with, for and by.
