During her high school period, she had joined many life development skills training which gave her communication ability and healthy decision making, which had arranged by GANESWAR CLUB. She is the only daughter in three sons of DHANESWAR BEHERA and BHANUMATI BEHERA, Dhaneswar is the peon of Nuabaga Grampanchayat office and Bhanumati is the homemaker of their home. After completing 8th grade she didn't want to enrol in class 9. After knowing about that Seema Biswal (a worker of GC) convinced her and her family. She discussed with the Head Master of Dibyajyoti high school, Fasigaan and enrolled her in that school. But after some days Sikha was not going to school. There is only one high school in Gandanali Panchayat which is Jagannath Vidya Pitha, Kharchuli. The school was always an outstanding school, teaches and student are very proud to be part of it. Teachers are always very ambitious about the future of the school and its students. This mentality of teachers helped us a lot, time passed by and ILP started a new project called “science experiment” project. In this project, Science kit was given to 42 schools in Hindol block, this kit contains all the needed equipments to conduct an experiment.
