General Activity

  • Apart from project, our organization is functioning other activities like farm school training and providing the seeds, plants, and agriculture parts to farmer program me on sweet corn, paddy, flurry culture, capsicum, broccoli, sunned rice, sugarcane and so on.
  • Some of the farmers have economically supported for their agriculture production like vegetable cultivation, gotary, cattle etc.
  • Seed storage was available in five no of villages.
  • Apart from above activities, also helped to farmers for plugging land labeling lands for agriculture.
  • Digging of ponds, wells and tube wells.
  • In our organization area, our staffs are developed the vegetable farm, cattle farm, fishery, paddy, cashew nut and so on.
  • Excludes the above activities, our organization has done many more activities such as domestic violence/capacity building to WARD MEMBER, ASHA.
  • Personal health and hygienic awareness program me to people.

Child Right Club (CRC):-

The aim of the child right club is to give a voice to excluded children and promote their right. In partnership with SAVE CHILDREN, we are promoting 50 children’s club, called as “SISUSABHA” where involving more than 2,000 children. We have prepared a theme on 12th month. Through which children are acquired about many more things like child rights, cleanness, discrimination, festivals. Through this activity we have succeed in many things. Children have more helped to us. We have reduced dropout in our covered area. Apart from this, we stopped child marriage etc.

Meena Mela:-

Meena mela program me is for children through which they can improve their hidden qualities. This programmee is conducting in cluster level of our area. Which children are participating in SISUSABHA and also from MEENA CABINET AND MEENA MANCHA, those are in meena mela. In this program and we gather all the children of this cluster SISUSABHA. Then, we prepared an agenda for this program, where we prepared an event for this. In this event schedule we set debate, song, group dance, prepare thing in waste material. Through this event, the children can improve their inner qualities.

Kishori Club:-

Ganeswara club sponsors clubs for adolescents. These clubs provide opportunities for youth to participate in activities, interact with peers in a supervised setting, and form relationships with adults. Some clubs focus on a specific area, thus allowing members to develop their skills and interest in that area. Other clubs provide an array of activities from which children and adolescents can choose. In our covered area we formed 30nos of adolescent clubs which we called “KISHORI CLUB”, where 500 girls are involving. This club meeting functions in every month, where we discuss many more things on the basis of adolescent girls, which thing will be helpful for them.

Kishori Mela:-

Kishore mela is the celebration of adolescent girls. Where all the girls are of KISHORI CLUB coming to this mela. It is also happening in cluster level. Where all the kishori girls are participating those are in kishori club members. In this event we take debate, group dance, song rangoli, jhoti, things prepare in waste material things, question answer around etc. Through these activities we can stop child marriage, increase girl child higher education.

Scholarship Support:-

Scholarship scheme for providing financial support to students. This is helped to him/her for higher Study. We are working in remote area where all citizens are backward people. There is more Occurred CHILD MARRIAGE. Parents are not giving importance on GIRL CHILD EDUCATION. They thought that those girls are nothing, only for to be a bride. To aware those parents and also stop child marriage we are incentive some amount towards education. So in our covered area we have supported scholarship 71nos of students for higher study. We have been starting this activity from 2016- 2017. Out of 71nos of student, till March 2021 43nos of students have completed their education and 23nos of students are continuing.

Economic Support:-

Economic support means financial mechanisms offered by a contracting Authority/Ministry of economy and finances to ensure the financial viability and possibility. We are supporting economically to some families to manage their livelihood. In which money they have invested in gottary farming, cattle farming, agriculture, kitchen garden, mini shop, and tailor. We have supported 51nos of household.

Organization has its own 6-7 acres crop field, two ponds for fish farming, floriculture, and horticulture, the head of the agriculture section is Mr. Sarat Chandra Pradhan and Mr. Sarat Chandra Pradhan works as assistant coordinator of agriculture. Major Rabi crops are mustard, grams and peas. In Kharif crops organization mostly produces paddy, moong, groundnuts and soybean.

1. BANA MAHOTSAVA

2. ENVIRONMENT DAY

Objective:-aim towards to protect our earth by planting more and more trees.

a) Cultural programs like debates, dance, and fancy competitions among VLC children

12. Laxmipooja celebration: Laxmipooja has been celebrated grandly since the initial. This year it was started from 28th October 2023 to 3rd November 2023. This long process is an absolute joy for everyone. This is so divine that it considered as the annual function of GC. People joined the March and kirtan, there were functions people from different races participated in various activities like dancing, singing, drama etc. Last day of the puja it is the day of poornaahuti, prasadasevana & the day after is visharjana.
13. Ganesh chaturthi & Shree Panchami (Saraswat pooja): These two poojas are the symbols of luck & knowledge. We celebrated them in our organization campus every year. It brings purity in mind and makes the atmosphere sanctified.
